Sam Shamoun and Al Fadi ask the question: Why did Allah give such honor to Mary the Mother of Jesus (Isa) including naming a whole chapter after her but not to any of the other women in the Quran?
Sam then contrasts Mary with Muhammad’s mother by referencing a story from a hadith narrated by Sahih Muslim where Muhammad is asking forgiveness of Allah, for his Mother’s pagan beliefs, on behalf of his mother, in an attempt to intercede for her, only for his request to be denied by Allah.
Further on, Sam shows another example shown in Surah 3 Ayat 35-36 (chapter 3 verses 35-36) where yet again Mary the mother of Jesus (Isa) AND her seed is protected by Allah from Satan’s touch, unlike the rest of creation.
So why is it we only see Mary and Jesus being honored time and time again by Allah and not Muhammad? What makes Mary and Jesus so special to Allah?
